Shipping Information
What are your shipping costs?
Unlike most online retailers, our shipping rates are based on weight of the item(s) purchased and the distance the order is being shipped. This way, if you order a few balloons your not paying the same shipping cost as someone that has purchased a pinata. We feel that this allows us to provide our customers with the best service and prices. You can view your shipping costs by entering your "ship to" zip code and viewing your cart. Your order total will be displayed on the Invoice you see BEFORE confirming your order. If you still have questions regarding your shipping costs, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
I placed and paid for my order, what happens now?
We will pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. When we print your shipping label you will receive an email stating that your order has been prepared for shipping. If you do not receive a shipping email from us within a few days of placing your order please contact us.
Which package delivery carriers do you use?
We ship our orders through either UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS).
Will I receive a tracking number?
The USPS uses a delivery confirmation number that is scanned at delivery by your postal delivery person. It is not a “true” tracking number that can be checked as it travels across the country to you. If you paid for UPS shipping, your package is scanned as it travels throughout the UPS facilities. The tracking number can be checked for the progress of your package at UPS.com.
I do not live in the U.S. - Do you ship internationally?
International sales are handled through our eBay store. To place an order please Visit Our eBay Store.
Do you ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territory addresses?
We proudly ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide. All orders will ship through USPS to the Military Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the military location.

Please note: If you we are shipping to Hawaii, Guam and other outlying U.S.Territory Islands and you select Parcel Post as your shipping option, it may take up to 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
When should I expect to receive my order?
That depends on what shipping option you pick.
This shipping table gives the approximate transit time for orders that are shipped within the USA.

Most orders ship within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order.
* Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take an additional day or two. NON-RUSH ORDERS do not have a guaranteed delivery date - these are delivery estimates based on our experience to addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
** Packages that are shipped by USPS Express Mail require a signature at time of delivery.

Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day Rush Delivery Options**
We can custom quote an Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day Rush Delivery Option if you need your items quickly. For custom quotes, please Contact Party Zone USA with your shipping zip code, a list of the items in your order and the rush shipping option that you require.
** All Rush Delivery Options will require a signature at the time of delivery. Rush Delivery Options are only available in the 48 contiguous states. Rush Delivery Options to addresses not in the 48 contiguous states are not guaranteed. Rush Deliveries are delivered M-F excluding holidays.
I know you shipped my order, but I haven't received it. What happens now?
If your package hasn't arrived in a timely manner, we will contact the shipping company to determine where your package is. If it is lost, you have several options (this our promise to you, you have it in writing):
- We will track your package to determine where your order is.
- If the package is considered lost by the shipping company, we will issue a refund for the lost item(s). The shipping companies require waiting period for filing, which varies from carrier to carrier.
- We will handle all insurance claims with the shipping company, we DO NOT make you deal with that hassle at all.
- A Credit Card or PayPal dispute is never necessary over missing items, we are equipped to deal with all refunds or replacements. Just Contact Us and we will take care of it for you, usually within 24 hours.
*We may request a digital photo(s) of the damage or that you return all damaged items to us with the original packaging to assist in any claims we will be filing with the shipper on your behalf.
All refused, undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound shipping charges.
What are your business hours?
We work M-F 8am-5pm. We check our email throughout the day, to insure that your questions are promptly addressed. We are closed for major holidays.
