Party Zone USA offers the following Returns Policy:



Return Policy

We take pride in carrying high quality items that we feel you will be pleased with. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please send an email by visiting our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to request a return authorization number (RMA). To better serve your concerns, also include the reason for the return. This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. It means that if you follow the guidelines, we will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange.

Returned items must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving the RMA. Merchandise must be in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the return shipping cost. Items that are returned to us in used or in unsellable condition will be donated to charity and will not receive a credit. Returns received back to our warehouse 20 days or more after the date that the RMA was issued will not receive any type of credit.

Party Zone USA is not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. The buyer assumes all responsibility in shipping the items back. It is recommended that all returns be shipped back with a delivery confirmation and insurance.

Note: Due to the seasonality of costumes, we DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON COSTUME purchases made between October 1st & December 31st.

If you need a different costume or size costume, please place a new order for the needed replacement item and return the item you already received (after receiving your RMA number). We handle replacements in this manner because the desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. This will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement items. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the merchandise only excluding shipping and handling fees. No exchanges and or returns will be accepted on costume orders placed from October 1st through December 31st.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient with us with this issue.



Items not accepted for return

  • Mascot costumes and special order costumes
  • Headwear including hats, headbands, etc.
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • Shoes, boots and other footwear
  • Undergarments, lingerie, socks & stockings
  • Bowling shirts
  • Seasonal wearables, ex. dresses, shirts, bibs, etc.
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered
  • Costume accessories and weapons
  • Mascot costumes Bunny costumes
  • Santa suits, Mrs. Claus & accessories
  • Fog machines and fog juice
  • Food service items including stadium cups
  • Cake top decorations
  • Piñata filler and piñata accessory pack
  • Edible items
  • Balloons and balloon weights
  • Themed party lights
  • Custom printed items including banners
  • Personalized items
  • Inflatable centerpieces and inflatable party favors/toys
  • Seasonal party supplies such as graduation and holiday items
  • Clearance and/or special order items
  • Large quantities that must be special ordered
  • Case quantity piñatas must return the complete case for a refund, partial cases will not be accepted
  • Items purchased as a party package cannot be returned separately. The complete party package must be returned to receive credit.

  • All Refused, undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound shipping charges.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for all credits to be posted.


    Please include your name and order number when sending your return to ensure proper credit. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and send to:
